It was built during the first term of Dr. George O. Cortel as University President; a one floor edifice that has fully air-conditioned classrooms, offices, library, playroom and multi-purpose space for socio-cultural programs/activities of the Kindergarten Department. It has its own beautiful front yard- playground and garden at the eastern side of the building.
A three (3) story building constructed during the term of the centennial University President, Dr. Expedito A. Señeres. All classrooms are now fully air-conditioned with a Library, Science and Computer laboratories, H.E. and Medical Clinic. Each classroom has its own comfort room.
This four (4) story- building was erected during the first term of Dr. Domingo J. Diel, Jr. as University President. The ground and first floors are occupied by the Junior High School while the third and last floors housed the offices and classrooms of the Colleges of Computer Studies, Engineering and Criminology. The three well-equipped computer laboratories and Speech laboratory are found at the third floor.
It is the newest building in the campus which accommodates the biggest Senior High School enrollees in Capiz. It is a four (4) storey modern structure that bore the original color (royal blue and white) of the buildings when Filamer was just an institute (Filamer Christian Institute).
It was built in preparation for the Centennial Foundation Anniversary Celebration of Filamer. It is a three (3) story building that housed the offices of the Cashier, Business Manager, Accounting and Finance personnel, Registrar, VP-Finance and VP-Academic Affairs at the ground floor. At the first floor, the followings offices are found; the President's Office, BOT/Corporation Room, College of Teacher Education- Dean/Faculty rooms and classrooms. The rooms at the last floor are all classrooms of CTE. It has a roof top with a multi-purpose room for small gatherings. There, you can view the city's skyline.
The oldest building in the university, built in 1914 which originally housed the Founder's family and earliest American missionaries, a heritage building. The different sections of the building serve as the offices of the HRDC, Alumni Affairs, Mass Media and Publication, Research, International Programs, Outreach and Extension and Risograph Services.
This is also a heritage building that depicts the American Architecture in the early part of the 20th century. The first concrete building of the then, Capiz Home School built in 1925 - a gift from the American Baptist Women. This building has served a lot of purpose through the years (e.g. Administration Building, Dormitory, Offices, Classrooms, etc.) At present, this building houses the College of Arts and Sciences (classrooms and offices), the Medical-Dental Clinics, Socio-Cultural Office, classrooms and laboratories of the College of Hospitality and Tourism Management.
Previously, it was the school's dormitory for the students of the College of Nursing. In 1979, the site gave way for the construction of the Roblee Hall that instantly became the favorite venue for socio-cultural programs not only of Filamer but for the entire province of Capiz. Today, below the hall are found the office of the Dean of the College of Criminal Justice Education and its various laboratories, the Science laboratories, the offices of the ROTC and Security.
Constructed during the early years of Dr. Agustin E. Masa as the first president of the school. It was and until now intended for the facilities of the College of Nursing as the flagship curricular program. One of its rooms housed the Apollo Human Simulator donated by the College of Nursing alumni last year (2022).
This building was left by the Elementary Department when it transferred to the annex campus. The College of Business and Accountancy for its growing population truly found a fitting place for its offices and classrooms in this building. Today, as part of the University's effort to arrange the classrooms in accordance to CHED's recommendation, this building is shared by the College of Business and Accountancy (upper floor) and College of Hospitality and Tourism Management (ground floor).
The biggest library in the province of Capiz which consists of four stories equipped with a fire suppression and automatic fire detection and alarm system. It houses the libraries of the Secondary School (third floor), Higher Education (first floor), Graduate School and Cyber Library (ground floor) and multi-purpose room (last floor).
